Milton Ernest Village Hall was opened in 1959 for the benefit of people in the village. It is situated opposite the school on the Thurleigh Road and is available for hire, seven days a week, by local people and the general public for social, club, sports & fitness activities. The hall has tables, chairs, a stage, toilets and wheelchair access – though no disabled toilet or telephone. It has a kitchen with a fridge, crockery, cutlery and a sink for washing up – but cooking facilities are very limited. Outside there is a large free parking area and security lighting. The hall doesn’t have a licence; so anyone considering putting on an event that requires one must apply in the first instance to the management committee through the bookings secretary.
Thurleigh Road, Milton Ernest, MK44 1RF
Capacity
The hall can take 100 people for a sit down dinner, 120 for a buffet reception and 140 for theatre activities or a meeting using the stage.
