For many years Milton Ernest has had a team of volunteers willing to help with visiting, transport, shopping, collecting prescriptions and cooking. This team of people have been quietly getting on with doing a fantastic job and many have benefited from their care. We are all very grateful for what they do. We do hope if you are stuck for transport, or need a visit from one of us, or are unable to make it to the shops, or are new to the area and would like a welcome pack, that you will give one of us a ring and we will try our best to help, though, of course, this might not always be possible. These services though are not meant to be a replacement for existing services, such as meals on wheels, but in an emergency or for a limited time only. The numbers to contact are:
For transport: Heather and John Brown 823469
For visiting: Rev’d Peter Kay 918027
